Step 1: Book a Free Consultation
Let’s start with a free 15-minute video call to see if it’s something that you are interested in. This is a chance to ask questions and feel comfortable before beginning therapy.

Step 2: Initial Assessment
In our Initial Assessment (60 minutes), I’ll carry out a detailed assessment to understand your needs and therapy goals.

Step 3: Personalised Therapy
Based on your goals, we’ll begin therapy sessions (45 minutes) tailored to you. I’ll provide you with practical strategies and exercises to use between sessions.

Step 4: Ongoing Support
We’ll regularly review your progress and adjust goals together as your needs evolve. I’m always just a message away if something comes up or you need to check in. This isn’t just about improving speech - it’s about helping you feel more confident and supported in your everyday communication.

- A laptop, tablet, or desktop with Zoom installed with working microphone and audio.
